This is a great experience for married and committed couples to laugh with friends, learn new things about their partner, and be encouraged by a Christian couple's story. Couples Cook-Off will create up to 30 meals to supply our Community Impact Neighboring initiative. All meals produced will be frozen, then given out in subsequent weeks to Compass Church members seeking to love their neighbors who are in need. Dinner provided for participants. No childcare available.

Start off the new year by helping your 5th graders learn how to think, not just what to think. Just because somebody on YouTube says something doesn’t make it true. So how do you know what to believe? We will be learning to test witnesses, take case notes, examine the evidence, and dive into the most important case of all: the case for Jesus!
We will be studying the book, Cold-Case Christianity for Kids by J. Warner and Susie Wallace. J. Warner is a cold-case homicide detective who has been featured on Dateline, FOX News, Court TV and other crime related television shows. Cost: $10 (Includes book, notebook and snacks each night). We are also looking for a few parent chaperones to help.
